RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will replace or refund any product purchased from the Online Boutique that does not meet your expectations, provided it is returned within thirty calendar days from the delivery date. To facilitate the return, we already include a pre-paid DHL return label in the shipment.
To proceed with the return, please send us an email, you can find a partially pre-filled draft at this link, to inform us of the issues and your intentions, whether for a refund or exchange. A team member will respond within the current business day.
1.Ensure that the products have not been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and that the labels and warranty seals are intact and still attached. Boxes, dust bags, and other original packaging must be returned along with the item.
2.Complete the request as per the partially pre-filled email to inform our team of your intention to return or exchange. We commit to responding within the current working day. In the case of a size or color exchange, the request will be denied if the requested item is unavailable; in such cases, we will proceed with the refund.
3.To prepare the return, you need to affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label that you'll find ready inside the box to the outside, ensuring that the previous label is no longer visible.
4.For the courier's pick-up, visit the dhl.com website and call Customer Service to book a location and time, free of charge. Alternatively, you can go to the nearest DHL Service Point by checking the location on maps; in this case, you only need to hand the package to an operator, and the shipment is ready to go. For example, if you call DHL from Italy, the useful numbers are: 199 199 345 for Italian phone numbers and 0039 028 247 0288 for non-Italian phone numbers, from 08:00 to 19:00 only on working days.
Once the return has been received at our warehouse and verified, you will receive the refund. We will send you an email to confirm the acceptance of the return and the issuance of the refund. Please note that refund processing times depend on the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
