Shipment

For our shipments, we rely on DHL Express Worldwide. Our packages are carefully prepared in our warehouse in Umbria, Italy, and from there, they are sent to their destination. Shipments within Europe are delivered in 3 working days, including islands. For the rest of the world, delivery takes 5 working days.

DHL delivery occurs from Monday to Friday. With the On-Demand Delivery service, our customers are directly notified on their mobile phones of the status updates of their shipment.

Shipments are not made to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, APO, FPO, and logistics service providers.

Shipping is free regardless of the type of order and the destination country. However, it should be noted that for shipments outside Europe, customs duties may apply. Examples below:
United Kingdom: Import duties 11% + VAT 20% + administrative fees £12
USA: No duties for orders under US$ 800; for orders over US$ 800, import duties + 27% taxes
Hong Kong: No duties
Singapore: 7% VAT (on both the value of the goods and the shipping cost)

The courier will make two attempts to deliver the package, two attempts on consecutive days. After the second attempt, the package will be transferred to the DHL customer counter. An adhesive note will be left informing that the package must be collected from the customer counter within seven days, otherwise, it will be returned, and we will proceed with processing the return. In this case, we will notify the customer via email, from the address info@simonemartucci.com. The package will be treated as a free return of the customer's order, and we will proceed to refund the products. Otherwise, it is possible to arrange a third delivery attempt by contacting DHL directly, following the instructions on the adhesive note.

If there is a need to change the shipping address, this is only possible if the order has not yet been processed, by writing an email to: info@simonemartucci.com. After receiving the shipping confirmation email, it will no longer be possible to update the address.

It is possible to check the status of your order by following the link available in the confirmation email or going to the MY ORDER section in the CUSTOMER SERVICE area of our website, from which you will be automatically redirected to the DHL website.
